Setting Up the CaptchaAI Chrome Extension

The CaptchaAI Chrome Extension allows you to automatically solve CAPTCHAs on any webpage. This guide walks you through the setup process, explains key features, and helps you configure the extension for optimal use.

Step 1: Install the CaptchaAI Chrome Extension​

  1. Go to the CaptchaAI Chrome Extension page.

  2. Click "Add to Chrome" to start the installation.

Step 2: Access the Extension​

  • Once installed, the extension icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar.

  1. Open the CaptchaAI extension by clicking its icon in the toolbar.

  2. Add your API Key:

    • Retrieve your API Key from the CaptchaAI API Page.
    • Paste the key into the API Key field in the extension and click "Login".

Step 4: Start Solving CAPTCHAs​

Ensure you have active threads in your CaptchaAI account. Threads represent the number of simultaneous CAPTCHAs you can solve.

Extension Settings Overview​

To access settings, click the extension icon and configure the following options:

  1. Enable Plugin: Activates CAPTCHA-solving functionality.

  2. CAPTCHA Types: Enable or disable solving for:

    • reCaptcha V2
    • reCaptcha V2 Invisible
    • reCaptcha V3 (adjust the score threshold)
    • hCaptcha

  3. Automatic Form Submission: Automatically submits forms upon CAPTCHA resolution. You can:

    • Set a delay for submission.
    • Enable retries for failed submissions.

  4. Proxy Settings:

    • Enable proxies to solve CAPTCHAs via a specific proxy server.
    • Supported proxy types: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5.
    • Provide proxy credentials in the format: username:password@123.123.123.123:3128.
